Standup Paddleboard Yoga to Wine

Preregistration required. Join us for a one-hour Standup Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga class on the Verde River at the Alcantara Winery and Vineyard beach. Price includes a $10 food-wine credit at the Alcantara Tasting Room. Please bring water, sunhat, sun screen, water shoes, and water attire. Meet at 10:45am at the Verde Adventures boat house - beach access parking lot on the Alcantara Winery property. Register here.

Uncorked Wine Festival at Verde Canyon Railroad Depot

Verde Canyon Railroad's Uncorked is an exciting event at the train station May 1-29. Beginning at 11:00 am, two hours prior to the train's 1:00 pm departure, guests may swirl, sip and savor a selection of wines served at the outdoor beverage bar. Tiickets may be pre-purchased and include wine tasting, lunch and a souvenir stemless wine tumbler. Featured wine regions include France, Italy, South America and Arizona. $149, age 21+. Note: No Mondays, and not on May 4, 10, 11, 12, 24, 25.
Admission: $155 for train ticket, wine tasting and souvenir wine tumbler and lunch

‘Butterflies of the Verde Valley’ by Becky Hardy. May 22, 2024, Sedona Public Library 6:00pm. 5:30 social time. Arizona is home to 334 butterfly species, second only to Texas. In the Verde Valley, we now have the possibility to see half of those due to our varied habitats. Becky Hardy is a local butterfly enthusiast. Come learn from her lifelong passion, interaction and observation of butterflies. Sponsored by Northern Arizona Audubon Society. All invited.
