For the Yavapai County Area there was a decrease of 6.4% on the number of sold listings for the month of March 2024, when compared with the same time last year, there were 88 sales in 2024 and 94 sales in 2023.

Over the course of the year, the median sales price for single family homes has decreased 2.2% and according to the Sedona Verde Valley Board of REALTORS®, Residential homes that were sold during 2024 for the Yavapai County Area stayed on the market for 101 days on average.
