Best Things to Do for Easter in Sedona 2019

All Aboard! Hop on the Easter Train at the Verde Canyon Railroad

Have some fun with the Easter Bunny before climbing on board the Bunny Express on Saturday April 20, 2019. Join the bunny in face painting fun on the patio including treats and lots of hugs. Mom and Dad don’t forget the camera! Hop on board the train at 1pm and wave farewell to the Bunny (so he can get ready for hiding eggs) as you head off on a four-hour train ride into the historic Verde Valley. While onboard enjoy all the train tour has to offer as well as a “winner-take-all” jellybean counting contest. Book fast because tickets sell out quickly.

Celebration of Spring Annual Hunt and Carnival

Saturday April 20th from 9am to 2pm at the Posse Grounds Park, 525 Posse Ground Road.

Ticket sales for egg hunters start on April 8th through the Parks and Rec Department, tickets at the gate will be cash only. Come out and enjoy a giant egg hunt for the kids as well as carnival rides, bounce houses, petting zoo, live entertainment and many vendors. The egg hunt is for kids 12 and under with the $5 ticket fee. Don’t forget your basket! Admission is free for non-egg hunting family members.

Easter Brunch

There are many great restaurants in Sedona that offer Easter brunch menus. Two of the most popular Easter brunch traditions are at L’Auberge de Sedona and Sound Bites Grill. Sound Bites usually offers a large buffet and live music for the whole family. L’Auberge Hotel offers an elegant and traditional brunch at the Etch Kitchen and Bar.
