For the Cottonwood Area there was an increase of +16.2% on the number of sold listings for the month of April 2025, when compared with the same time last year, there were 6 sales in 2024 and 7 sales in 2025.

Over the course of the year, the median sales price for single family homes decreased by -16.9% and according to the Sedona Verde Valley Board of REALTORS®, Residential homes that were sold during April 2025 for the Cottonwood Area stayed on the market for 69 days on average. 

These statistics are for the Cottonwood Area, we add statistics for a different area each week.
