For the Sedona Area there was an decrease of -42.42% on the number of sold listings for the month of April 2025, when compared with the same time last year, there were 33 sales in 2024 and 19 sales in 2025.

Over the course of the year, the median sales price for single family homes increased by +9.19% and according to the Sedona Verde Valley Board of REALTORS®, Residential homes that were sold during April 2025 for the Sedona Area stayed on the market for 89 days on average. 

These statistics are for the Sedona Area, we add statistics for a different area each week.
