For the Sedona area there was a -9.52% decrease on the number of sold listings for the month of November 2024, when compared with the same time last year. There were 21 sales in 2023 and 19 sales in 2024.
Over the course of the year, the median sales price for single family homes increased by +17.27% and according to the Sedona Verde Valley Board of REALTORS®, residential homes that were sold during 2024 for the Sedona area stayed on the market for 113 days on average.
These statistics are for the Sedona area, we add statistics for a different area each week.
