For the Yavapai County area there was a -10.5% decrease on the number of sold listings for the month of October 2024, when compared with the same time last year. There were 169 sales in 2023 and 152 sales in 2024.
Over the course of the year, the median sales price for single family homes decreased by -5.92% and according to the Sedona Verde Valley Board of REALTORS®, residential homes that were sold during 2024 for the Yavapai County area stayed on the market for 95 days on average.
