It's that time of year again. It's time for Sedona's 44th annual St. Patrick's Parade and Festival.  On Saturday, March 15th this free community event will begin at 10:30a.m. The parade kicks off the day and is immediately followed by the festival. Time for Green in the Land of the Red Rock

The parade route begins at Jordan Historical Park and makes its way along Jordan Road to Mesquite Avenue. You're invited to bring your chairs early and set up along the parade route. If you'd like to be near the Master of Ceremonies and the parade judges, they'll be located along Jordan Road near the corner of Mesquite Avenue.

The Sedona real estate market has certainly seen an upturn in home prices and sales over the last year. We’ve had one of the best years in about four around the Sedona real estate market. Currently the median sales price is $351,000 which is up $72,000 or 26% over last year at this time. The average listing price has remained somewhat steady for the month of July and August topping out at around $788,000. Although this is the average listing price the average price of homes sold in Sedona over the last month has been $406,000 which has gone up about 2% over the last two months.Sedona real estate market report

What are the current home prices and real estate prices in Sedona Arizona?

Well here we go again. It looks like home prices are really starting to jump even just from a few months ago. The average listing price currently as of the publishing of this blog post is around $735,000 which is up $4300 over last year. The median sales price however is up $37,000 resting at about $355,000 year to date. We are seeing a dramatic increase even just over the last two months where as in April the average listing price was below $680,000 and now it’s well over the $700,000 mark. Uniquely at half the average price per square foot is down 3% your today and the number of sales is down as well nearly 13%....
