Amy D. Brown has made Sedona her home for over 20 years. Prior to moving here, she lived in Denver but her roots remained in the Verde Valley where here family lived and owned businesses for decades. Family and community lies at the root of everything that Amy does; she loves and intimately knows everything about the 8 towns that comprise the Verde Valley from the dirt roads to the private swimming holes, hiking trails, and more.
She participates in Sedona Chamber of Commerce activities and has been involved with local issues at City Council meetings. From her work within the community over the years she has learned how to work together to find a solution for almost everything and anything.
As a single mother she has been involved in girl scouts, boy scouts, PTA, PTSA, Booster club, football mom, swim mom, cheer mom, basketball mom, and more. She profoundly understands what home and belonging truly means. She also knows the value of hard work.
She is a consummate professional and her clients rave about her integrity, persistence and attention to detail. More notably they rave about how Amy makes them feel: valued and that their needs are important. As one client enthused “Our experience was wonderful, due to her knowledge and professionalism. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She is contract-wise and I can’t imagine buying a home without her guidance!”
Licensed since 1999, Amy’s rich background spans commercial and residential properties, residential re-sales, new home sales, construction of new homes, lot sales and commercial properties including raw land development. She is also short sale certified. She was instrumental in the development and zoning of Cor D’Amor, now the Rimstone subdivision. Last year she became Military Relocation Certified and takes pride that a large percentage of her clients are both retired and active military members. As her one of her early mentor’s said “List with her and get ready to move!”
