For the Yavapai County area there was an increase of 17.1% on the number of sold listings for the month of February 2024, when compared with the same time last year, there were 70 sales in 2023 and 82 sales in 2024.
Over the course of the year, the median sales price for single family homes increased +11.5% and according to the Sedona Verde Valley Board of REALTORS®, Residential homes that were sold during 2024 for the Yavapai County Area stayed on the market for 111 days on average.
