For the Sedona Area there was a 0% change on the number of sold listings for the month of April 2024, when compared with the same time last year, there were 32 sales in 2023 and 32 sales in 2024.

Over the course of the year, the median sales price for single family homes increased +17.3% and according to the Sedona Verde Valley Board of REALTORS®, Residential homes that were sold during 2024 for the Sedona Area stayed on the market for 97 days on average.
