April and May Events for Sedona
Spring is in the air and there's no better place for fresh Spring time air than Sedona, Arizona! Check out these great Spring time activities and events happening soon!
Celebration of Spring happens April 19th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Adults are free and children are $2 each at the multi use field located at Posse Grounds Park. Not only will there be an egg hunt for different age divisions but there will also be scavenger hunts, carnival rides, inflatables, pony rides, face painting and vendors!
Sedona Open Studios Tourtakes place April 25-27. This is the 11th annual open studios tour and it takes place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. At this event you can take the opportunity to visit with artists in their own work environments and it's all free!
Cinco De Mayo happens when else but el cinco de Mayo ( May 5th). Here, you can immerse yourself in a colorful fiesta that salutes a very rich heritage. Enjoy festivities at Tlaquepaque and the music of the mariachi musicians that accompanies them.
Bike MS: Ride the Vortexhappens May 17 and 18 andis Arizona's premier cycling event where they have route options for every level of cyclist. There are rest stops every 15 miles and great food is to be had. Additionally, an amazing festival awaits you on Saturday with food, drink and fabulous entertainment!
SFS Shots Film Festival will be May 22 through the 25th at the Sedona Film School. They host this event annually on Memorial Day weekend. All graduates screen their thesis films while the audience votes for the best!
